Encourages team members to look at themselves and their team members and motivate changes from individualism to everyone earning the compliment associated with being called a “Team Player”.
As with all teams one of the main goals is to become a Self-motivated team who support and appreciate each other. There is a need to create a winning environment where everyone feels connected and supported. Creating a sense of community, belonging, and value is an important way to support and motivate your players and accomplish the critical mission of “Ridding The Team of Cliques.”
Acknowledge that if everyone does not pull together/ work together and work in unison, then no one will progress forward. Players will get to recognize that supporting each other makes the task easier and the group planning and commitment help to create game plans where players can learn to meet and deal with challenges, pressures, frustrations and focus amid distractions.
